100 Years of Excellence

In April of 2009, Brooks Construction kicked off it's 100th Anniversary Celebration at the downtown Tin Caps Stadium.  Employees were treated to an evening that included dinner and private tours of the brand new facility prior to it's official grand opening.  Brooks Construction was the official paving contractor for this nationally recognized facility.  Mid Summer 2009, the company honored the families that are such an important part of our heritage by hosting a day at Indiana Beach in Monticello, IN.  Fun and games was had by all in attendance.  Finally the year culminated in a community wide event to raise money for charity.  In a first of it's kind event, our customers, vendors, and even competitors joined together for a demolition derby held at Baer Field Speedway on September 26th, 2009.  Ultimately, the winners of the derby were able to select their favorite charity and Brooks donated $50,000 to those local charities.  It was a wonderful way to say thank you to the community that has supported the success of the company for 100 years.  Below are photos that commemorate all these events.  Thank you to John and Andy Brooks for your incredible generousity and making Brooks Construction Company, Inc, truly, THE employer of choice in northeast Indiana.
